Convenient location for those with a car, near Progreso and the airport. Close to shopping and within walking distance of attractions. Clean common areas and average breakfast, but great coffee. Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff treated me very well. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and malls.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of reducing the noise level in the breakfast room.
